Zheng Zhang

 I’m an anesthesiologist at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, China, and currently a visiting scholar at the Stanford University School of Medicine. My research field is the mechanism and protective strategy of organ injury caused by ischemia-reperfusion or sepsis. I have experience in the basic knowledge of rodents, endothelial cells, and acute lung injury, which should be helpful in studying the effects of electronic cigarettes and pesticides on the genetic variant of mitochondrial ALDH2 mice. It’s a pleasure to join Dr. Gross’s Lab, and I hope it will be a wonderful journey.
